WesBanco Bank is looking for a Management Trainee Intern for the Cincinnati area.

Job Description
The WesBanco Management Trainee Internship (MTI) is designed to train and prepare college students for a potential future in banking upon graduation. Based in Cincinnati, new MTI will participate in 3 days of actual teller work each week, and 1 day of internship rotations that span all of the bank’s corporate divisions. In addition, each MTI will be given a special project to work on for the duration of their program. They will be given one day per week to work on the project and will be assigned a project mentor to direct and guide them. This project will be based in Wheeling and will require travel to Wheeling one day per week. The MTI will also be responsible for a formal presentation to share the outcome and results of their project to the Retail Administration group at the completion of the program.

Qualifications
Must be a college student entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year of college in the fall. A variety of college majors will be accepted: Accounting Finance, Business, Communications, Marketing, as well as other related fields. Previous experience in a customer contact position is required. The successful candidate will exhibit leadership qualities through work and/or school experiences. Travel throughout the North Central WV market may be required, as well as travel to Wheeling one day per week. Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
