We will be hiring Charity Ambassador Interns for our Philadelphia, Baltimore, DC and Virginia Beach teams and we will be considering interns from any course of study with a passion of helping others. This is a PAID internship. All of our interns are eligible for base pays, bonuses and sometimes the opportunity to come on board full-time. Why intern with FII?

o Hands on experience in multiple areas of face-to-face fundraising, including leadership opportunities
o Work for great charitable organizations
o Base pay plus bonuses
o Flexible schedules
o Opportunity to travel
o a fun, team-oriented work environment

All interns will work in the all departments or methods of fundraising for our charity clients. You will learn street fundraising, mall fundraising, residential canvassing, business-to-business canvassing and you will be expected to spend equal time with each. We are asking that all interested candidates attend an Intern Orientation and these can be attended every Friday from April 15th through May 20th. You will need to call and schedule a time to attend. At this orientation, you will get to meet the FI staff and tell us in person why you believe you would be a great fit. We will be selecting approximately 5-6 interns for each campaign in each market so you will want to schedule the orientation as soon as possible to try and secure a position. We guarantee a great deal of fun and experience for our interns and an intern bonus for the top performing interns that raise the most funds for our charity clients. Apply today. Please send your resume to our Executive Director (she will hand picking the interns in conjunction with the HR and National Field Manager). Please include a basic cover letter telling us why you think you would be a great fit for FII! If you are not out of school until after May 20th and unable to attend an intern orientation, we will have one intern orientation in May but the date is TBA. Please indicate the city you would like to work in AND the date you are available with your resume. Resumes without this information will be discarded. Please send your resume to Sherry Bell ATTN: Intern Orientation to sbell@fiius.us
