Pastry Internship in chicago, USA

Hello, Wolfgang Puck Catering at the MCA is currently looking for an intern to join our pastry team. This is a part-time position requiring approx 20-30 hours/wk. You must be available to start immediately but we are flexible with hours.

Duties to Include:
Preparing dough for pies, batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special catering orders.
Helping to plate desserts on the line for the museum’s cafĂ©.
Working at off-premise events such as weddings and corporate parties.

3-month and 6-month internships available. A great opportunity to gain restaurant and catering experience. You must be available to start immediately.
