Sheet metal company has immediate openings for interns interested in AutoCad and the manufacturing industry. We are seeking for undergraduate/graduate students who are detail oriented, responsible and can get the job done in a timely manner. This internship is a term based position of a 3 or 4 months contract. We are looking for qualified candidates who are motivated to learn, hard working and with a sense of great creativity. STUDENTS MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE SCHOOL CREDIT..talk to your co-op or career services for additional information and/or if you are looking for experience please indicate on your email.

Becoming an intern here with our company, you will gain knowledge of the work environment and experience in the sheet metal industry. You will be using AutoCad LT 2010 for all drafting and Bluebeam for reading plans which is very beneficial in learning about construction details.
This internship is a bridge between education and practical. Some of the areas you will be experiencing are as follows:
* evaluation
* planning
* preliminary studies
* construction detailing and manufacturing/fabrication designs
* construction documents and management
* administration of construction/projects contracts
