The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) is looking for a new interns to work with our Board of Directors and member companies. Some of the most influential small business leaders in Los Angeles.
EO is an international organization with 7,300 business owners as members, around the globe. Here in LA, we represent over 125 members (defined as entrepreneurs with over $1MM in revenue) from a large variety of industries. We have a number of amazing events planned for the 2010 year that span from educational sessions (many lead by CEOs of the nation's leading companies) and social events. Just recently we had Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos) and Howard Schultz (CEO of Starbucks) come speak at two diffeernt dinner events!
EO is looking for an intern(s) who want to get exposure to our membership and work with us on sponsoring, planning and executing our 2011 - 2012 event schedule. Hours are flexible, but only serious inquiries should apply. Expect to commit AT LEAST 20 hours a week (more is available). You will be working directly with a Board Member of EO and will interact with many other members on a daily basis.
This is a part time, unpaid internship for 3-4 months (can be extended, if interested). Although there is no financial compensation other than school credit... you will get exposure to over 125 member organizations and heavily interact with the business community in/around Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in becoming an entrepreneur, but wants to learn from people who have already done it!
